Out of the Margins: Latine Survivorship

Most workshops on the Latine population focus on Undocumented survivors despite the relative low occurrence of this group within the Latine population. This interactive workshop aims to highlight aspects of Latine people that are too often forgotten or erased. Erasure of our history, historical violences, and present day invisibility lead to heightened marginalization. Past and present are connected to demonstrate realities today and how we can be better service providers to the community.
