Ensuring language access and advancing racial justice – The interconnectedness of Race and Language

Many times, we don’t think of the lack of language access as a form or oppression. This workshop will connect the dots between providing language access or advocating to change systems as form of advancing racial justice. We will provide attendees with the opportunity to analyze case studies to understand the impact. Participants will receive practical strategies to conduct systems advocacy to affect change within their own communities.
