Registration and access to the recordings are unique to each attendee and should not be shared or viewed in a group format.
CAIA has a commitment to language justice and access. We demonstrate this commitment throughout this conference by creating multilingual spaces.
Registration Scholarships Available for DVP-Funded Organizations
DVP is pleased to be able to offer DVP-funded organizations up to four (4) registration reimbursements per organization for staff to attend CAIA this year. We are also happy to offer registration reimbursement for up to four (4) individuals per organization for the pre-conference institute on the Intersections of Deaf Culture, Racial Identity and Language Access.

Are there single day registrations for CAIA 2022?
We are not offering a single-day registration this year. With all registration types, attendees will receive access to the full conference and recordings.
Does the conference offer CEUs?
CAIA is not pre-approved for CEUs.
What is your cancelation policy?
Once access to the online virtual platform has been opened, we will no longer accept cancellations. Sessions will be recorded making it possible for you to view outside the scheduled conference times. A cancellation fee of $15 will apply to help cover processing and registration fees.
When will the recordings be available?
After the conference, we will be ensuring closed captioning on all the videos. We anticipate this processing taking 1-1.5 weeks after the conference. Recordings will appear within the Attendify event platform. Registered attendees will receive an email once videos have been uploaded. Please help us in keeping these resources exclusive to registered attendees by not sharing the links.
How do I access the sessions during the conference?
Registered attendees will receive an email with instructions to access the official CAIA event platform. The platform includes the full conference schedule and access to all sessions. If you do not receive the email(s), please contact us at conference@coloradoadvocacy.org .
Will there be interpretation available?
CAIA has a commitment to language justice and access. We will have both ASL, and Spanish interpreters available. Please contact conference@coloradoadvocacy.org to coordinate.
