Maria Limon
María Limón is a rural technical assistance manager with the Center on Domestic Violence at UC Denver. She supports programs building or strengthening their coordinated community response or sexual assault response teams. Isolation can limit an organization or a staff member’s effectiveness. She focuses on the building of professional communities and uses principles-focused evaluation as developed by Michael Quinn Patton and strength-based planning approaches to her work. María previously worked with the Texas Council on Family Violence as a prevention coordinator and as the training coordinator for the National Domestic Violence Hotline and Love is Respect, the teen dating abuse helpline.
